Defected Piece.

I bought it from sale and they send me the piece which was covered with tons of dust. When i clean it then i saw that the finishing on leaves (gold, silver and bronze) is also defected. They send me very old defected and awful piece. I am so much disappointed and didn't expect this from target. Even though i am a regular buyer from target but this made me think that i shouldn't buy anything from target anymore.
