    water leaks

    The fiberglass water basin started leaking and got worse after a month. It is very attractive but not much sound from the water flow. Would not suggest using it indoors as it can splash a little. waiting to see how customer service handles the leak as it is not usable now.

    After reading a few of the worst reviews about this urn fountain, I was expecting to receive a flimsy, cheap looking purchase. But on the contrary, I received a fountain, that had a little bit of weight right out of the box, and looks great as far as construction! I was expecting them to be a bit taller, but I have a feeling the size will be just perfect for it's intended office purpose. I am even tempted to purchase one for my home! I would definitely recommend this fountain to friends and family. I can't wait to see the water flowing through the urns!

    Cheap

    I did not realize this was simply a fiberglass cast piece. It looks and feels cheap. There was no light and the instructions for the pump were unclear. I would pick something else if I were you. Customer service was okay but they didnt understand the problem with the pump.

    Fountain

    We really like this fountain however there were a couple of very small holes which has caused water leakage. My husband managed to patch one of the holes but another has appeared; hopefully he will be able to fix this one as well.
