We love our fountain. It works great and stays so clean.

This is the 3rd fountain I have received, all three have been defective, two leaked water, the other was damaged in shipment. I love the fountain, have ordered the fourth, hope it comes without defects. The first three have been returned with no problem, but the inconvenience is frustrating. This is the last one I will try.

Do not waste your money. We have had this fountain for about 3 weeks and all we have had is one issue after the next. It leaks horribly, one leaf can bring the water flow to a halt and just in general the splashing and leaking (even on low to medium pump setting) is just a mess. Wish I could return this.

I love this fountain, it matches my decor perfectly and the sound makes me feel like I have a pool. The splashing however literally created a pool. I noticed in the design, the spouts for the bowls are slanted forward. I have solved the problem by putting a wedge underneath the front to get it leaned slightly back. Problem solved, no more splashing!

Just as advertised. Looks great, sounds great, easy to install. Wish they had pots I could purchase identical to those on the fountain to place next to it. Didn't see any on their website.

Great purchase. Excellent tracking. Well packaged. Perfect instructions for setup. Well made. Functions perfectly. So much so we bought a second fountain for the front garden!

I got this beautiful fountain but in spite of lowering the water pump and adjusting other things, the water still splashed a lot!

Looks great, but yes it splashes an insane amount. I have mine in the lowest pump setting, and I’m refilling it at least twice a day because it splashes out so much water the pump starts to run dry. It’s on the lowest trickle possible. I wouldn’t even care about my composite deck getting very wet, if it wasn’t for the work it takes to keep this thing going. If I can figure out how to return it, I will.

I bought it for salon to be relaxed. it’s pretty but i hate when the water is always flash on the floor and messy to clean up. Not good for using indoor like they said

This fountain leaks horribly. I would expect a little water, but not like this. I've had a different type fountain before, and it was nothing like this. You can control the flow on this one, but it doesn't matter. When there is plenty of water in it, it splatters everywhere. When there isn't enough water, the water goes under the spout areas and goes down the sides of the fountain onto the tile below. I wipe it up every day and am always having to deal with it. Now, there is mold on the tile. I have called them, and there really isn't anything they seemed to be able to do. This is my second one of this exact fountain. I thought the first one (which was a gift) might have a leak or something, but this one might be worse than the first. I will end up having to replace with something completely different. Very disappointed. If you want an indoor fountain, I would highly recommend NOT getting this one!

Easy to assemble and place in my courtyard. Was shipped quickly. I am pleased.

In low temperature this fountain froze and broke the bottom completely. Very disappointed! Wrote customer service, got a note back telling us below 40 degrees this should be stored inside. I live in Colorado, that means this should not be used outside. They recommended I fix it with marine grade sealant or clear silicone…if that fixes it, why couldn’t they add the additional step to the manufacturing process mitigating this issue. It’s a beautiful piece but I recommend not putting water in it! Not worth $350!

Leaks all over the place. A big mess.

Totally LOVE our second outdoor water fountain that we purchased from Lamp Plus!!! Looks, fits and sounds AWESOME! Our fountains completes the beautiful and peaceful look in our backyard.
