Misleading description, not wood
Great style but I'm very disappointed that it's made of plastic meant to resemble "wood grain". It resembles plastic. I should have slowed down before ordering to investigate what "wood grain' meant. Company should say "wood look" to be clear. Not sure I will keep it.

Great value if you can upgrade these yourself.
I purchased one open box lamp and one new. One of the lamps came in Satin not flat. I used Behr Chalk flat paint to match the two. The Walnut printed grain and color are terrible and cheap looking.I ended up painting the Walnut grain metal with a Copper based metal paint.

I just LOVE this pendant light! It is big and gorgeous!! It looks so nice over my island. I added a dimmer switch to give me more control of the light. The aluminum pendant is not heavy, which I was happy with. And the wood-like, top adds a nice touch of warmth and goes well with my cabinets!. I get lots of compliments!!
