Lots of options

I appreciate the options the caseta wireless dimmer switch provides - voice control and manual with degrees of light. Voice control is particularly helpful when you enter a room with your hands full or in the dark. And, of course, the degrees of light are great when you are watching TV or looking for ambience.

Poor instructions for connection to wifi

Despite multiple attempts, no explanations on Ring connection to Wi-Fi if using a two way switches.

Easy to setup and reliable

I’ve used a lot of Wi-Fi switches and plugs. Won’t name names, but at least 8 different kinds. The Caseta were easiest to set up and control and automate. Due partially to app, partially to design of switches, due to reliability. Have over 45 switches installed.

Great product - stays in place on table

My home is a smart home from the lights, TV, thermostat, garage door, mailbox, etc. My wife likes having wall switches as well as using voice commands. She also really loves these pico remotes for the end tables, so she can turn on the light next to her chair while watching TV without using Alexa. Prior to using Lutron Caseta products, I used Insteon products for years. But on good friday of this year, they shut their servers down. So I had to switch to another manufacture. I choose Lutron since it had a great reputation as well as lots of support products from lights to fans.

Works flawlessly

We have a 16x24 workshop and have exterior lights on all four corners. 2 face the street and 2 face the backyard. We did not want motion sensor activated lights as they can be problematic. With the ability to operate remotely, automatically (PID), or with 'scenes' and 'schedules', they are an awesome solution for what we were looking for. Extremely pleased. Thank you for such a product. It would be great to have a mode with settings that would mimick motion sensor lights.

Excellent. Expensive.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Works great. EASY to install. The downside: the price. I want to upgrade my whole house, but am forced to do one switch at a time.
