The worst case I have ever owned!
I usually love all of Apple products, but this phone case is horrible. I’ve had it for two weeks. It is already damaged by falling out of my pocket. And it’s not just a scratch. It’s cracked in multiple places and it’s misshaped. I have never seen anything like it. The case itself is made of very slippery plastic, so it slips out of your hands or any uneven surface it lays on. My previous Apple case (different design) lasted for over 3 years. And that’s the norm of all of my phone cases. I usually purchase a case just once and keep it on my phone for years until I upgrade the phone. This case is just a huge disappointment and a waste of $40. I’m currently shopping for another case. What an embarrassment for Apple…

Doesn't fit
Purchased this case for the appropriate model iPhone and the cutout for the camera lenses doesn’t line up properly with the anatomy of my phone. The case seems to be the correct size, but because the cutout doesn’t line up with the lenses, my phone will not snap into the case. I can get 3 corners in, but the 4th corner will not lock into place. Must be defective or wasn’t properly sized.

Disappointment
After only a month of having the case, the case has aged. All corners have dings or cracks without the phone being dropped. Buttons are hard to press and case lacks the satisfying snap to know that it is installed correctly on the phone. Don’t waste your money.

Beautiful case, but to me personally not worth the price. Volume and Lock buttons are not easily click able. Need to push down hard. Open bottom is nice if you have bulky plug ins. I absolutely love this phone case. I have the 12 pro and when I first got the phone I was like I need a case!!! I’m very skeptical about cases though because whenever cases say that they are shatterproof they are not. B I will drop my phone one time in my phone screen will be completely shattered. I have dropped my phone three times now from fairly high distances on concrete ground as well I’ve had kids dropped my phone or throw my phone and so far There are very minor like cracks/scratches only to the case my phone is completely fine looks amazing and I’m so happy that I bought it again

Good case but too pricey.
I wanted to love it but I don’t. It was great when I first purchased but I took it out and switched to another case and when I put my phone back into the clear case, the bottom corner of the phone easily pops out. It’s also slippery so I feel like I have to grip my phone tightly. I also wish it fully wrapped around like the silicone cases. I might go and buy the clear speck case to get full coverage.

Bottom of the case cracks
This case is actually pretty good but once you put in your phone and after a few days, the bottom of the case cracks. It doesn't crack to a point where the case is non usable but it is disappointing on how a case this expensive can crack. The quality and feel of the case is good but the crack just knocks off a couple of stars. The value is too expensive and I wish it was a little bit cheaper.
