    Unnecessary Combination of K2 and Calcium

    So it’s really hard to review vitamins of any kind especially suppliments that you can’t feel the effects or see any benefits. I will review the macros of this supplement, it’s just a Vitamnin K2 supplement with some Calcium. K2 goes with Magnesium also why they made a separate supplement for this is unnecessary and pointless. Don’t buy this separately with just K2. But the magnesium K2 combo and save money.

    K2

    I haven’t had enough time to really confirm the benefits of this product as have not been taking it for long enough period of time. However, I will say I love the fact that this k2 is manufactured in the USA. Tablets are the size of a small aspirin and are easy to take with water. Looking forward to seeing the benefits of the k2 as taking in combination with Vit D.

    Good addition for bone health with menopause

    I have read up on bone loss with menopause and have been looking for multivitamin with a good amount of k2 but have been having a hard time, this small pill added to my regimen was an easy fix. I had no adverse symptoms after taking. If you have any clotting issue look into how k affects that as I was unaware until I researched it

    Simple, solid way to get vitamins

    This is an exceptionally easy way to get some really important vitamins - K2 and D3. The pills are super small and easy to swallow and don’t have any aftertaste, which is really great. I also love that natural ingredients.

    Good price

    I just started taking this product, and it's hard to measure its effects since it is primarily a means to try to prevent future problems, but the price is reasonable, I like the brand, and I like that I found it at Target.
