They are okay.
These lamps are metal. It read wood finish so i assumed wood. Also the screws are a bit shallow for the connection plate.

Metal Light Fixture; Looks great
Installed this in my son's room, and it looks great. The lamp itself is metal (not wood), but it looks like wood. Also, and the website doesn't show this, when the room is dark and the light is on, it makes a sort of starburst pattern on the ceiling. It's cute.
