Baby Trend Aspen ELX High Chair

Very simple nice and easy to put together!!! I love it !

Please new moms out there You don’t buy this chair it’s totally a waste!! I was trying to buy the perfect chair for my baby to keep it at least for 2-3 years just like my other kids but this chair it’s not comfortable at all and the wheels gets lock by itself all the time driving you crazy, we almost fall me and my baby trying to moving it for one place to other .

Loved that it was easily adjustable in height, the removable tray, machine washable cover and had wheels so I can roll baby where I need him. I am dissapointed that I’ve had it less than a year (and only about 6 months of use ) and it has started cracking on the sides and I am now going to have to purchase a new high chair. I will be contacting the manufacturer, and sending in pictures.

I really am beginning to hate this high chair. Buying another brand asap. My poor baby’s toes get caught in a small gap in the bottom of the tray. Also, the wheel locks constantly fall down and lock the wheels so every time I move it (several times a day) I have to fix that which is frustrating.

Pros: easy to set up and mostly easy to clean Cons: This chair is supposed to fold up, but the hinges don't work properly all the time so it sometimes goes flying open. The clasps on the harness are extremely stiff to the point my parents could not secure in their grandchild. The tray is also hard to secure so there is a risk of jamming baby fingers on the sides. The tray also traps food underneath in a narrow space where babies can put their hands, which is hard to clean. Overall, not wholly happy with this chair for the money.

I was very disappointed in this high chair. It would probably be good for an older child, maybe one or older. Unfortunately I bought it to use with a smaller baby that I hoped could grow into it. I wanted to be able to put my five month old in it to have him at the table during our meal time. The tray does not go tight enough for me to feel like he is secure, combined with the recline settings. If you need a lower high chair, this model would be good because it’s settings go pretty low. Our table sits a little higher (between a high top height and regular) and the high chair doesn’t quite come up that high. The top of the high chair on the highest setting comes up to my waist at 5’4”. The high chair does fold pretty nice but you can’t keep the tray on. I would recommend for an older baby where you would use at a low setting, otherwise, skip this one.

This high chair has everything I’m looking for: under $100, removable tray insert, reclines, and is foldable. The tray DOES stay in the back legs which is a plus since most high chairs do not have this feature. Two things I do not like though is that there’s not much padding but my baby does not seem to mind and looks comfortable since it has 2 pads. The other thing I didn’t like was that the buckle that goes around his waist isn’t that long and will probably not wear it in a few months.

It is a nice High Chair but when you fold it up the tray doesnt stay on the back legs.

Such a cute high chair!! It has all of the features I wanted (recline, removable top piece to the tray, etc.) for way cheaper than other high chairs. I also feel like there’s definitely enough padding, especially with the second layer for smaller babies. I can’t think of one negative to this high chair!

This is a terrible high chair! NO PADDING AT ALL!!!!!!! I will be looking for another one, to replace this one. Very disappointed in Babytrend.

Cute chair. Well made for the most part but I was disappointed in the lack of padding/cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This highchair is easy to set up and easy to use. I like that it can fold up so you can put it to a corner if I need to. The best part is that I can move it around easily with wheels. So if I need to do something in the other room and my son is still in the highchair, I can just move him with me. The only thing I had a hard time was is when the high chair folds, it's a little hard sometimes, like it gets stuck, but it can just be the one I have.

Needless to say finding a safe, comfortable, convenient way for him to eat has been tough. I'd tried, what I thought was everything. All the chairs we've owned are some combo of too tight too high and too hard to store and clean. Enter Aspen ELX High Chair. My sweet poor fits perfectly! He loves it! It's just the right height for my table and it's adjustable! It folds so easy and it's freestanding! I can't say enough about this chair!

Easy to clean but my only complaint there is that there should be a dark option cause well kids are messy. :) love the tray on the top so clean up is definitely a breeze. I would definitely suggest this to all my friends with littles because it can be used for such a big age range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This high chair was very easy to assemble. It has several settings so can be adjusted. I like that it's a great size for my 5 mos old but will grow with him to 40 lbs! The tray detaches easily and can be put in dishwasher. So far all the surfaces have been easy to wipe clean but that may be needed as our messes get bigger. It's on the smaller size, which I like for space saving, and is still sturdy. It's a nice high chair that has all I need.

Has 3 recline positions, which really helped when he decided it was nap time in his chair. I love that the height itself also adjusts. Makes feeding easier for all the different places you take it with you. Easy to collapse and easy to store.

Our dining area is a bit cramped and I found this highchair to fit perfectly. The size is small but the chair still is extra sturdy and well made. The highchair has been very easy to wipe down and looks like new each time. Thrilled to have this opportunity!
