We buy this regularly & it’s great for your health. Terrific product highly recommend it and organic. We mix in 2 tablespoons to daily hot oatmeal.

Quality flaxseed

Purchased this online and it arrived quickly. Quality ground flaxseed. Higher priced than the ones in the bags but it's good to have it in the container and I can just buy the other ones to fill it up if I run out.

Very good quality product I have been using it for over a year now and I am happy with its quality.

Mix it in with my Swanson greens and spinach powder in the early morning, mixes well, there is next to none stuck to the side of the glass after consuming.

I have always liked Barleans products and had purchased the Forti flax in the dark container with a screw-on top (not a plastic bag!) in the health food store for years until the store started carrying the same item (with less flax in it!) in plastic bags and I found the packaging inconvenient. I was glad to have found the original container (still 1lb!) on Swanson website.

Love It!

I love this stuff! I try to take it once or twice daily. I can definitely tell an overall difference in how I feel. I have recommended this product to many people. I order 5 or 6 at a time and usually end up giving a couple away. Y'all have the best price too!

Love this ground flax

I have tried a few ground flax seeds but this taste tops them all. It has a nutty flavor and is OH SO FRESH! Having fresh milled flax is important because it can become rancid easily. I order from Swansons all the time and it has been consistently fresh.
