Poor product quality!

We bought this all during COVID and loved it. So good. We bought it about 1 yrs ago and it was still good. Now, Dec 2024, they did something and it is inedible. We cooked two packages and it was tasteless and the shrimp was like rubber. It was so bad we couldn't eat it. In fact, we were afraid something might be wrong with it, but no it was just awful texture and taste. Will never ever buy again.
