I rarely give 5 stars ever!
The only thing I can think of that I don't like is when there is a limit on the amount I can but, which simply forces me to place a second order. I consider this a slight annoyance, no big deal. Otherwise, I am a long term customer (at least 5 years) and I have always had a good experience with Swanson. I have only had a few times that I have had to call and it has always been user error (that means me) Enjoy their shop!

I have bought a bottle of zinc, joy joy. I have taken one, joy, joy. Are you guys serious? I cannot answer in honesty all the remaining questions I just got the things for Pete's sake. All the next get a one star for that reason.

Zinc part of my immune system regimen
I have been taking zinc for years as part of my immune care, along with kelp & elderberry. I am 64, in great health, fly frequently all over the US to visit kids/grandkids and have not had a cold or any kind of flu in years! These zinc caps are easy to swallow and a nice size to travel with.

This Stuff Works
This is the most bioavailable form and it's really been helping prevent illness in my family. I take zinc to prevent viruses from entering my cells. It seems the science is working. I highly recommend this product for it's proven benefits. Plus, no horse pills here - the caps are easy to swallow!
