Very nice-looking, comfortable, stackable chairs.
The chairs were just what we were looking for to accommodate residents of our retirement community at our clubhouse. Not everyone can rise from a folding chair with no arms on the chair.

These chairs last forever
In 2013 we purchased six of these chairs for our lobby. We moved our office to a larger location last month and ordered 4 more. The ones we purchased eight years ago still look great. No one can hardly tell the difference. These chairs are hard to beat!

Returns a Joke
This is more about the company and not the chair, though the chair is not what we wanted for our needs. When trying to return the chair… ugh. Nightmare and not worth it. This company charges a 30% restock fee AND you pay for shipping it back. This ends up being close to the cost of the chair! So…. Nobody probably returns any chairs! Like me! They should just say “no returns”. I would have a lot more respect for them….

They are ok
The bottoms of the feet came off already, I went out and got rubber covers so they wouldn’t tear up the floors, They will serve the purpose but the cover sticks to the foam and it slowly goes back to normal. If they are used simply as a guest chair they will do the job.

The online shopping experience, follow-up communication, and delivery was excellent. The plastic wrap around the chairs were filthy. I guess inventory is not kept clean.

Attractive appearance.
The chairs look nice however more than one of my clients have said they are uncomfortable. The clients ask where the sofa is and go to that waiting room instead. I’m happy with the chairs anyway because I needed multiple chairs at a reasonable price for group therapy. We put a pillow on the back of each chair which will help hopefully!

Purchased for 55+ Seniors

Very Spacious

The seats make noise
The seats look great and are sturdy and easy to assemble. However, there is so much air in the seat cushion that every time someone sits down in the seat there is a loud awkward noise that comes out of the seat that is somewhat unsettling to some of our patients in the waiting room
