BEWARE
My son looooves this and got so excited when I showed it to him, so I purchased it. As soon as we took it home, the mane kept shedding and shedding. I am not sure how this is allowed on tge market and hasn't been recalled yet. Ut's a huge choking hazard. If the changed the mane to cloth instead of shedding fibers, I would have kept it for sure. Please do not buy, for the safety of your child!

Unsafe
The fibers are coming off of it right after purchase. This is an unsafe toy for a baby.

Sensory lion
My nonverbal autistic son loves “Leo” the lion! We have never had any issues with the material. He’s had the lion since he was 6 months old and he’s almost 3! He carries it around everywhere he goes. We have put it in the washer and dryer with no issues at all. Please don’t quit selling the lion😂❤️

Use with caution
Material comes off in clumps during play with 4 month old. Purchased when infant was born, by the time they were able to play with this the return policy had expired. Even though it is defective I was offered exchange.

Toddler has loved this for more than a year
We have had this lion for 14 months. We bought it when my daughter was 5 months old. She absolutely adores it! We honestly just put it in the washer and dryer and it’s fine. It looks scraggly but whatever. We take it everywhere. She was just showing it to a bunch of dogs at a farmers market yesterday.

Lion's Mane is a big NO.
We got the Pink Bunny for our daughter when she was born. LOVED IT. We got the Orange Fox for our son when he was born. LOVED IT. Now that we have another son, we got him the Lion… I’m very disappointed. This thing won’t stop shedding its mane all over the place. It’s ridiculous and I definitely don’t think this is an appropriate toy for any child age 0 and over like the brand/tag says. Unfortunately the packaging was destroyed by my kids so there’s no returning this toy. Can’t believe we are stuck with this :(

Little lion named socks
I've read some reviews and feel terrible about the hair and Little fingers. This little lion though made one big brother so happy. It was given to my 2nd son as a gift but his big 4 year old brother fell in love with it and it became a big brother toy. One he could play imaginary stories with shake in front of his baby brother. He grabbed a pair of his baby brothers socks and so became the name socks the super hero lion protector of baby brother side lock of big brother. I love this toy my baby son never had a problem with it but maybe that was because big brother was always there. It would be perfect if sold as a sibling gift maybe and not a 0+ month old but this family loves this lion. And once we washed him the hair never fell out not sure if that helps anyone.

Hair Falls Out
Adorable but the hairs in the mane pull right out. They get all over the place so I can’t let my baby play with it

Choking Hazard!!
I purchase a Snuggables lion from Target for my 4 month old son for the holidays and I wish I had seen these reviews first. This toy is not safe! The lion is specifically marked for age 0+. Upon receiving the lion, my son did what all babies do- he put it to his mouth. Within less than a minute, he was gagging terribly on tons of lion fur that had come detached from the lion’s mane. It was traumatic for the both of us as I stuck my fingers in his mouth to scrape the fur out that was coating his tongue, cheeks, and throat. How on earth could this fabric have been approved for use in a baby toy!? This was NOT how I wanted his first Christmas to go! I sent a message to the company but haven’t heard back. I will be contacting Target as well.

Please be careful!
My son has had 3 of these because he has carried it around since he was able to. (Baby shower gift) I don’t usually do reviews but maybe I could save a child’s finger. My son has had his finger wrapped around in the loop with his finger turning purple, running to me crying and I’ve had to turn the loop to get his finger out numerous times. I’ve cut the loops now because I’m worried if he’s ever in his crib and he gets his finger stuck and I’m not around he could lose a finger tip. Please, please, be careful if you are going to purchase this…

DANGEROUS TOY
THIS STUFFED ANIMAL IS DANGEROUS. It should not be sold. Ive also emailed the manufacturer as well if these complaints. If I could write zero stars I would. It looks cute and you’d think the sensory items are a nice addition, but my daughter got her fingers stuck in the loops and the hair of this lion several times, cutting off circulation and waking up from naps screaming her head off with a blue finger. We cut all the loops off and cut the hair all the way down but those little fingers still had a way of getting stuck in the hair. This toy is dangerous. Do not buy.

Dangerous
Our child has had her fingers caught in this thing and lost circulation several times. First it was with the different colored felt loops. So we cut them all. Then it happened with the lion's mane, which is also made of small loops. It was an ordeal when we finally had to throw our child's favorite stuffy away. Don't go there.
