  • A: Wear very well, however, heavy down pours or continuous rain fall, without providing time to dry will eventually compromise cushions, premating water. Best to bring pillow-cushions inside during inclement weather. The wicker and frame is robust and long lasting.

Q: The plastic ring that's circles the umberalla opening will not stay in place. is there a way to get another one or what do you sugguest regarding a getting a tighter fit?

  • A: Regarding the opening within the table, the purpose is simply to pass the umbrella through the table. The (umbrella base) is responsible to securely hold the pole in place. Inevitably, there'll be a slight gap between table-top and pole. Thank you.

Q: On the Target site the color says "Cream." In the photo, the cushions are cream but the furniture is brown. How can we be sure the furniture will be brown, not cream? There is no choice for "brown"

Q: How do I get hard water marks off black glass table top. I live at the Jersey shore and rain mixed with salt air made marks that won’t wipe off. I’ve tried glass cleaner, magic eraser and just plan soap and water.

  • A: Hi OCNJ, I will be happy to assist you with this question, what we can recommend is: clean the glass with water and after it is dry, then use a glass cleaner to clean once more. We may also use dish soap or any other gentle cleaning solutions as a first step. Then spray white vinegar or glass cleaner on the surface and clean with a microfiber cloth or paper towel.     If I could give zero stars I would. None of the screws lined up. After hours of trying to build this, I brought it back. Waste of time and I had to repack it and bring it back. It was very heavy

    The set is a pretty color

    This a beautiful set but when I took the glass out of its packaging there where scratches on the black Glass which has taken off the Black paint wasn't happy about that but did not want to return it some of the pieces were very difficult to put together other than that it's a nice set

    You get what you pay for

    First, this does NOT look like the pictures as far as the tonality of the wicker. It’s much less varied and yellowish gray. Very thin plastic. But the worst part is you have to assemble the entire thing which is unnecessarily tedious. 1 chair took 45 minutes and after completion the frames are warped so one leg is 1.5” off the ground. A million pieces so now I have to repackage everything in order to return it. Don’t waste your $ or time.

    Such garbage

    I spent almost an hour putting together the table, nothing really lined up properly, so the table wobbled. I hoped that when I put the glas on top, it would help. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get to the final step. The glass top is tinted. Apparently they used VERY poor quality tint and pieces were peeled off all around the border. I had to return it to the store. What a pain!

    nice set but cushion covers fell apart

    this set is nice, the black glass top is very pretty but salt water stains and or hard rain water leaves spots that are very difficult to remove if not wiped off promptly. The chairs are a bit small for someone over 6 feet tall. the cushion covers are good a water repelling but i washed one time and they were destroyed. came out of washer totally ripped apart and I washed on delicate. Get extra warranty coverage if possible.

    Pieces Do NOT Fit

    The table was easy to put together but was missing one of the screws. The chairs were more challenging to put together and one chair couldn’t even be put together because holes on the left side of the seat piece were uneven and did not match up to the holes on the left arm piece. I won’t purchase from this company ever again. Very disappointed. I will not purchase from a third party vendor through Target.
