Worth it for the price
This is the second one I got. The first one was for my daughter (blue) and this one was for my mom (gray). Works well and is compact enough to take it anywhere without struggling. Pretty light and it was on sale both times purchased. The only downside from both was that sometimes they get stuck doing a certain pattern. We learned to avoid it.

Garbage Product, Terrible Product Support
Don't waste your money. The first time using it, it worked for about 5 mins and then was jamming up on the bottom bobbin. After replacing it several times, I tried the support at Best Choice Products and was extremely disappointed. I just wanted some diagrams of how the pieces should be assmebled after taking the bobbin cover off and the black plastic piece came out and then would not bottom thread after being put back in. There are no videos avaialble from the company and apparently no diagrams they can provide. They just kept telling me to adjust tension (it was already at the lowest setting) and replace the needle (it was brand new). Then they said it's a defective item and to return it. Pretty sure the only defective thing is their product support. So I'm returning this and will look for a different brand machine, one that has acutual support for their products.

Quality and not easy to use
Difficult to use, the threads get tangled together, and when we start operating to repair a shirt or pants, it gets stuck inside the machine and the piece tears. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

I think I got a used one which isn’t a huge deal but it doesn’t look like they checked it before re-selling because it had a swatch on it already. I did get it on sale but usually you get a deal if it’s used. Overall works well, I’ve never used a sewing machine and I’m getting the hang of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine is so easy to use and it’s a lot more fun to use than my wife’s machine. I had no idea how to sew before. After reading the instructions on how to thread the main thread and install the bobbin I started simple and sewed straight stitch on two pieces of fabric and I was impressed by how easy it was. I will practice on this machine more than I would have on that machine of my wife’s.

My 7 year old loves it!
IT works and makes sewing a fun activity for my little girl. No assembly needed when you open the box. The thread and the needle are already set up on the machine. The only issue we are having is that the double A batteries that we have do not fit the slots in the machine. Not sure why is that. But in the meantime, my girl is loving using the pedal.

Not bad for the price! Was able to sew two overlapping hems of a new formal dress. I could have spent the same amount of money if I got it done at a Dry Cleaners store. And, no, I am not a seamstress. This machine was already set up and easy to use.
