Helps moods. Great with coffee
Great stuff. Didn't realize how well it worked, until I ran out and felt depressed. I just thought my moods were due to PMSing; but when I got some more, I noticed a difference, within an hour of taking it. It definitely helps PMS symptoms and goes great with coffee.

We use this to help with our dog that has a mild case of separation anxiety. We give him 2 pills twice a day and it has really helped him. Our trainer recommended L-Theanine and we found this one.

I wasn’t sure if the brand name deserved it’s reputation but compared to another product I’ve tried, Suntheanine is superior. 200 mg makes me loopy in a fun and silly way. 100 mg with a cup of coffee is quite lovely. I would opt for a 150 mg choice next time.

Perfect stimulant compliment
I started stacking L-theanine for the sole purpose of curbing the edge off the stimulants in my daily stack, and it works swimmingly. It is known for its synergistic effects with caffeine, but it is also great for other lesser known stimulants like alpha yohimbine, ephedrine, halostachine, and hordenine (I don't stack all those at the same time btw). This is not an endorsement of any of those stimulants, as some are controversial or have little research to back up their effectiveness. Just know that Swanson delivers, and that Suntheanine is the best L-theanine option, and man is it cheap. Good stuff.

Brain awake!

I have a busy brain which is hard to turn off at the end of the day, I use this amino to shorten the time it takes to go to sleep after a hectic day, I find nothing will work 100% for me always but this has a better average than many things I have tried in the past
