Absolutely delicious!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Greek Feta salad was delicious! It’s the perfect blend of bitterness from the olives and the salt from the feta. We had this salad along with a prime rib dinner, and it was the perfect companion. Although in olive oil, nothing was oily— instead the oil added to the taste. The package was easy to open and was perfect for holding the salad that was left over. It is the perfect size for a 2-3 people.

It’s delicious by itself but also great for salads, pastas, wraps, making snack or lunchboxes feel a little extra special. Really delicious and a great add in for so many different things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a huge olive fan but opted to try this anyway because I love feta. This was not the dish for me way too salty but if you like olives you would probably love. It was seasoned well and if you pair it with other things it makes a great app or a dish for a potluck.

Good - but could be great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this product a few ways now - on top of chicken with crackers, and as part of a Greek salad. The cheese an olives are delicious, but I think the oil is overpowering and takes away from the flavor of the other ingredients and seasonings. I would prefer less oil, or more seasoning. For $4.99, I think this is a good value and would purchase again if adjustments were made.

Good but as toppings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try this Greek Feta Salad but let’s not call it a salad.. it’s olives and feta. Really good olives and feta, no added ingredients, but to me this was more a side dish, or even toppings. Indeed, just like this, it’s too much. I opened it with my little boy as our appetizer, we both ate a few bites and we were done. It’s kinda acidic and quite flavorful so less is good for me. So I saved the rest and then mixed it with pasta (you can just throw it over lettuce for example), and now we have a ready to eat meal. It was good don’t get me wrong, and I’ll probably get it again for parties as toppings, but calling it a salad, I am not into that.

I also didnt love that the spices basically were nonexistent. Even shaking the container or dumping it into a small bowl didnt help. This was just fine for me. I like olives and feta so the combination in this Greek salad was great. The ingredients are minimal and the flavor was maximized. The acidity is not for everyone but those who like olives will likely enjoy this. It has the simple authentic appearance and pleasant mouthfeel of the Greek classic. I gave it three stars because the olive juice was almost too acidic and sour. I enjoy olives and probably eat them like you would potato chips. However, the feta cheese is already sour enough so combining it with the super acidic juice made it so I eat smaller portions at a time.

I ate it by itself, but it would make a great addition to pasta salad, charcuterie board, or antipasto. The falcon is vibrant, with perfect amount of acidity to complement the flavors of many different dishes. The feta is soft and absorbs the flavor of the spices included. I enjoyed this as a delicious snack and would totally purchase again!
