We were very disappointed in this swing. Poor quality, missing pieces and an overall poor design nothing like in the description. I definitely would not recommend this item!

Swing Canopy
I ordered this swing in July 2025 and I love it! The only thing bad is the canopy. It tilts which is great but even in light rain it sinks in the middle. Living in Florida I need to leave it tilted, as far as possible, all the time. There is a middle bar but it's so far away from the middle of the canopy any amount of due or rain collects. Of course in high winds the canopy must be removed or the swing turns over. I'm wondering if there is any way to secure the swing as I'm not able to carry into a place where it would be out of the storm.

Doesn't Sit Straight
Put this together and followed the instructions to the letter. Seems sturdy and well made generally but with a fatal flaw. When you sit down in it, the balance point tips you so far forward that it feels like a spirit airlines seat. Like unless you have your feet holding it, you're basically in a five degree forward lean trying to relax in your porch swing. I have no idea what to do because I can't take it apart and return it, but I'll never sit in this because it's so uncomfortable. Photo shows the forward lean when I try to sit in it with my feet off the ground (and I'm an average aized human).

Love the swing! However, I do need to replace to two knobs on the sides of the canopy. What size and where can I purchase. The manual does not give measurements of the knobs.

Great product with limited longevity
I purchased this in 2020, and think it’s a great swing the design is great and the instructional video was extremely helpful for the assembly. However the fabric is very thin and bcp does not sell a replacement nor can they direct me to an after market retailer. I place a protective cover over the swing in winter but since it seems I can’t replace the canopy cover the swing is rendered useless.

Swing looks beautiful but not
Low to the ground making it hard to get out of, cushions easily slip off because there's nothing to hold them in place, and the bar underneath the seat runs horizontaly under the canvas seat and felt! Even the kids can feel it. It looks like quality until its put together. Very disappointed. It was marked down to $239 from $599 and now I know why. Hard to put together too.

Hole in roof fabric
The swing is nice however after the swing part was fully assembled found a small hole in the roof fabric (which was the last part of the main assembly) I'm not going to return it now since it's fully together so I'm sure it will rip more soon and make the roof useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks to be well made for the price. It has one glaring problem. It’s the most uncomfortable thing you’ll ever sit on. Whoever designed this should have to sit on their design. It puts you in a half laying down position so the cushions start to slide right out from under you. I could not recommend this product at all. I would have sent it back if not for the hassle of disassembly, reboxing and dragging an awkward 100 lb box to be shipped.

The sun does bleach the color after about 2 years but that is to be expected. I would say it a great value and it's cheap enough to replace after a few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this swing! But I thought that the seat would be higher off of the ground. The tan color online was a lot lighter than the color that I received. I kept it because it looks good with the rest of my furniture. I am concerned about how long the canopy will last since there is a hole on each end where the stitching is. Hopefully, it lasts many years. One more thing. The touch up paint for the frame came all dried up. Other than these things, I have been enjoying swinging.
