The Body Sphere can be used as a positioning prop to help activate and integrate muscle groups, or place on the floor and gently roll the body part you want to target over the ball for a soothing massage to aid in the release of deep structural tension, while helping to reduce inflammation and hydrate connective tissue.
Crafted from professional grade materials, this 22cm diameter ball features easy grip texture and comes with a pump to easily inflate and adjust size or firmness. Soft density for comfortable support; perfect for home, studio or therapeutic use.
