    Didnt last 1 year

    Within less than a year this rug began falling apart. It was outside under shelter and barely walked on. It also sheds dust like crazy, you will be covered in white fibres when near it.

    DO NOT BUY!

    Waste of time! It came with so many defects! Plus was ripped in two places. Also it was so heavy to bring it back to the store, inconvenience on top of inconvenience. I did see the reviews but I didn’t pay attention that majority of good reviews were “part of promotion”! And of course bad reviews were from us regular buyers.

    Not pleased

    Rug is nice. I use it in the livingroom. 1.) My trouble is with the tassels which tend to curl and are fuzzy. They end up getting caught in the vacuum which makes it worse. 2.) The nylon binding that is entwined in the rug sticks out and you can feel it. It should be bound into the rug and not stick out. I don't know how long it will last. I can't return as I have had this rug almost 4 months.

    Disappointed

    The colors of the rug are nice, however the fringe is suuuuuper weird. It’s like 6 Inch braids with fuzz at the ends. This will never work in front of a door (which is what I bought it for). Additionally, it was folded over before it was rolled up, and the square ridge that left in the rug is not relaxing out. It’s been on the floor for two days in the hopes it would flatten out. Returning this immediately.

    Love it!

    Great outdoor rug! Seems thick, lays well, good quality. Definitely smells at first but being outside doesn’t matter too much. Color looks like the picture, charcoal - mostly grey with some white threaded in there.

    Felt Synthetic, returned it. But pretty colors

    I would say the rug showed up as pictured, the tassels are quite long and the rug mat will not keep those down. So in a room next to a door, they would pull up. It felt sort of plasticy, but the color was nice. I have ordered several rugs from Rugs USA and will continue to do so, I just thought this particular one was not as high quality look as I was going for in a high traffic area like my entry. Was easy to return and I'll order again!
