Hard to clean
Beautiful on outside but very hard to keep the top clean. Its like the top holds onto mold. Soaking and using cleaner wont keep out mold.

Mold in spout is inevitable - dont buy
I’ve been through 3 of these bottles, and the steel bottle body is great and cute, however and inevitably they all grow mold in the silicone spout, rendering them useless after a few months. I clean and dry them daily however the non-removable (ie non cleanable) spout is deep and full of crevices which make it impossible to clean/wipe off black mold. I’ve requested spout replacements from the company, so that has been generous, but I think I’m done with this bottle now. Parents- make sure removable parts and clean ability is high on your priority for water bottles, esp for young kids. Attached pics, but hard to see bc it’s deep in there

Piece of junk
Worked for about a month but now it leaks like crazy so hard to clean the mouth piece properly just get something better quality this is gonna be a no spilled all over my daughters back pack so many times

We don't use them due to spout being too difficult to remove for washing
We had the bpa free plastic version of these before, prefer stainless so we bought these ones - the spout on these is much harder to remove than the plastic version, to the point I avoid using these cups because I prefer not to fight it when it comes time to load the dishwasher. Will prob just donate them to get them out of our rotation all together.

Lid broke after 2 weeks and now will not close. It was really disappointing since we liked the lock and it did not leak. Might be fine for a home water bottle but not durable enough to take to and from school every day.
