    The best

    Hands down the best pH-balanced intimate wash I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried so many over the years, and nothing compares to this one. It leaves me feeling clean, fresh, and comfortable without any irritation, dryness, or overpowering fragrance. The formula feels gentle, effective, and actually respects your natural balance.     As someone with skin sensitivity, I have used many brands of feminine wash over the years. This is hands down the best I have ever used. I absolutely love it. No fragrance, and absolutely perfect!

    Something Changed

    I first purchased this line before the new formula and packaging change. Love it . But it makes everything dry down there, I have been itchy . Unfortunately I will no longer purchase a third time, since there is something that is too much as far as ingredient or something added , but all in all the formula changed and my lady bits does not approve

Since we use ingredients that are seasonally sourced, depending on the time, weather, and environment, there can be a slight change in the texture and smell from batch to batch of all of our products, pH Balanced Cleanser included. If you haven't yet we recommend reaching out to your doctor to get more insight on what might have caused this issue directly whether it could've been one product an interaction of multiple products or something unrelated that was triggered by an ingredient.     You should have this

    The pH cleanser does not set up, which is a good thing for me and it doesn’t really have a smell. I just feel clean after I use it and that’s what it’s supposed to do.

    Smells bad

    Looked promising from the positive reviews but this product smells and doesn't lather. I think they changed the formula. Don't buy.

    New

    This product has new packaging and claims "new package same formula." However, the new version is stickier and has a chemical smell. The previous version had no smell at all and was much thinner. My partner has noticed the negative impacts of it. Will not buy again.

    Formula Changed

    I have been been using this wash for years and years. They absolutely changed the formula despite denying it. Color is different, it’s watered down, doesn’t lather and smells terrible. I would have been a life long customer. Sadly, I’m going to have to switch.
