Q: How do you turn this spa off? We can turn the music off and on, but the vibrating jets never turn off.

Q: Are the two clear strips in the bottom of the foot bath supposed to light up? The one I purchased only has the circular light near the start button light up, which also turns on music.

This was one of my 7 year old’s favorite gifts, and so far we’ve had a good experience with it (6 months). She loves the foot bath. It feels decent quality and the foot soaks smell nice. The nail stickers I was very impressed with, because they lasted at least a week on her before I had to take them off for an event and only one had fallen off. The only minor annoyance is that it sometimes turns itself on, draining the battery a bit before I can notice it.

So it was missing some of the nail items but also it won’t shut up it does noises and no matter if you power offf it continues playing so you literally have to remove the batteries unless I got a defective one

The product itself is really cute, but it has limited use (have to be willing to help your kids get it set up with water, open the packets, them dump everything afterwards). When not in use, it is kept in my office and it just randomly turns on all the time! And of course there's no on/off switch, so we'd have to open it up with a screw driver and take out the batteries. Very annoying.

I read a lot of bad reviews for this product and almost didn’t buy it. However, I wanted to give it a shot. I bought this for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it! It functions as it should and we have had zero issues with it.
Did not work from the start for us. Bought two and both are broken write out of the box.

It was fun for my girls to use a couple times, but now the music will randomly turn on and play nonstop. I’ve seen other reviews stating this as well. They must be defective. Super annoying and not worth the couple uses out of it.

The device is cute and gives the effect of a real pedicure for a child but it won’t stop turning itself on. Even when no one is around, it will randomly turn itself on.. I thought we just got a bad one, but we received the second one for Christmas by accident from a family member. Apparently the entire month of December it kept turning itself on while sitting in in wrapping paper under a Christmas tree.

It contains lots of tools, decals, tiny rhinestones, etc. I think any child who is into mani-pedi kits with a nice selection of polishes, would be happy to receive this as a gift. I love that it just takes 4 AA batteries and can be moved anywhere convenient. The light up feature and song was her favorite part and mine was that it actually bubbled like a real pedicure spa. The accessories it came with were fun, the salts smelled like blueberries and fruit. She thought the nail gems were awesome. The removable tray was perfect for setting her feet on to polish her toes. We will get lots of fun out of this toy In the future.
