Amazing train set!!

Absolutely fantastic. Easy set up. It’s loud enough. The animation is too cute. The smoke is wonderful from the smokestack. A+ product!!!

Just ok

I have other Mr Christmas pieces and had high hopes for this one. It’s loud even when it’s on with no music. My other pieces are nice to run without music and are still quiet. I might have to return this piece.

Santa Express Train rocks!

Very nice addition to our decorations. Good action, songs, and the smoke is a great to have. Too bad it doesn't have more metal but do know that would be much more expensive.

Great, until...

Looks good, sounds great until i heard a loud clicking - and then it stopped. The rod on the right side piston snapped. I've been writing to see how i can get this repaired to no avail.

Many many years of joy.

I purchased the Twenty First Century Limited - Millennium Edition train a lot of years ago. (Not sure of the years). I put it out every year for christmas starting with my two children when they were young. Now my grand children and my great granddaughter are enjoying this. It has worked every year!! I have my eyes on another one of your collections, but I have to decide which one. Hard decision! As soon as I decide, I will definitely order it.

So Lovely… We Own Two!

We own both a new model and a vintage one! They both bring everyone so much Joy during the Holidays! I plug them into two different voice activated plugins. When I want one to play, I just call it out, and away it goes… to the amazement of children! Then, I call up up the other one to preform! Choo Choo Note: before each season, I lightly lube each moving part. I add a tiny bit of sewing machine oil to a cap, dip the end of a paper clip in the oil, and apply one drop as needed. After the Holidays: I brush it gently with a small artist brush, then wipe gently with a wet wipe. Let dry, and store in original box.

Disappointed

The train arrived well packaged for protection, however the Santa was falling back and hitting the train. I admit it has been a while since I purchased a product from this company and I had hoped to give as a Christmas gift to my Mother, the product seemed cheaply made. Especially for the price.

Ours has been working 16 years!

My grandmother gave us this as a gift. She is now gone, but I think of her when I pull it out every year. We don't run it all the time- just when someone will actually be looking at it. It still blows smoke, but I need a refill. I tried water this year, but I am afraid that might damage it.
