PlayZoom 2 Kids Smartwatch - Purple Case Collection

Did not receive style watch band that is pictured/labeled. And watch display choices are different than pictured in advertisement. My daughter wanted a rainbow mermaid watch for Christmas. I saw the watch band online and thought it looked kind of "scaly" but also that rainbow glitter thing she wanted. And the watch face showed that there was a mermaid option.... so I thought "perfect"! However, the watch band is not like it was pictured online. Also, on the watch I received, there is no mermaid option for the watch face, which is the biggest disappointment. I'd try to by another watch band design, but there is no guarantee that the watch face options will have the mermaid as shown online. So...if you want something specific, it will disappoint. If you want something that a kid with no expectations will like, it will be fine. It's easy to set up and use even without consulting the online users guide, though I did read through it when I couldn't find the mermaid design in case I missed anything. I paid $2 less than the marked price on the box when ordering it online. The watch came with charging cable and wired earbud/headphones. Also, the warranty activation card didn't work, maybe because the website changed its domain name? Not sure.

Very easy to use, attractive design, and looks/feels durable. The graphics are educational and just appropriate for his age. He takes care of it and he doesn't getbores when we're traveling coz he has something useful to entertain and educate himself. Highly recommended

My child loved the noises and voices that would activate when they would interact with the watch. Clear screen to see time, play games and more. The games are fun and the buttons are easy to press to play. Simple enough control panel for your child to understand and manage. Great for toddlers needing to stay busy in the car or on the go.

We bought this in large part bc I could play MP3s. Despite following directions and reaching out for technical support, we could never get it to play MP3s. The watch is under warranty for 1 year but leveraging the warranty process even when there’s something clearly defective with the watch has equates to no less than 10 emails from me, an unnecessarily cumbersome warranty process, which includes that the buyer pays for all shipping. And then you are expected to wait a month for a new watch if they agree it will be replaced. Absolutely awful. That aside, the music for the games is obnoxious, but my kid loves it….

This watch was a big hit for my daughter. We got it for her 6th birthday and it made her feel proud and 6 she said. It gave the appropriate amount of independence to tell everyone what time it was and change the screen based on her mood, also plays games. Can’t go wrong.

Not very impressed with this watch. The graphics and sounds are not great. My daughter lost interest within a few days.

I bought this for my ten year old niece for Christmas,she was happy for first few days and then it broke when she was playing dolls.

Didn’t turn on, didn’t charge, black screen no matter what.

I gave it to my son, he loves it! He only takes it off to charge it. He loves all the games on it snd the teaching materials

Not sure what's wrong with this thing. It won't charge and we've only had it for two weeks. Returning! Unfortunate, because my daughter did really like it. Too expensive for something that breaks that quickly.

The games and camera definitely keep them busy (especially the camera!) -The screen is just right for their wrists ages 4-8). -The band is soft and made of rubber and is adjustable. - The design is very nice (photos didn't do it justice!)

My kids love this! I accidentally bought two different versions. I am going to purchase this one again and give the other one to my niece.

I gave this as a gift for a 6 yr old. He absolutely loves it. Packed with features, learning apps etc., everything and more to keep a youngster happy and engaged.

After spending days looking for the best watch for my kids, i'm very happy I went with the itouch Playzoom 2. It has so many games and different features my kids (6 and 4 years old) love them. I love how educational they are and in such a fun and stylish way. For what they have to offer with features and all the different colored straps to choose from and to be made with such great quality, the price for one of these is amazingly affordable and worth every penny! I definitly recommend the itouch Playzoom 2
