It's a 100% cotton, it's not thick material but rather thin and cool to sleep in. It's fitted at the top and the bottom is nice and loose!! It's also pretty too.

But the large ended up being a great fit. The nightgown is a simple yet elegant design. It has four buttons on the front. It is a comfortable length. It sits at mid thigh. It is also sleeveless, which I really like. The shape is a little boxy, so if you are looking for form fitting, this isn't that. It is light and airy. It allows freedom of movement in case you're an animated sleeper. It isn't restrictive at all. The material keeps you cool and doesn't retain body heat. I usually sleep in a t-shirt and shorts, and had forgotten about nightgowns. But Saro Lifestyle has made a wonderful nightgown and I can't wait to get a couple more.
