Montblanc Explorer is a modern masculine scent. It's high-end, clean, and office safe while retaining o rugged, adventurous edge. This is a scent that makes me feel masculine, put together, and confident as soon as I spray it on. Explorer has been heavy in my rotation since I purchased it because it has a rare balance between mass appealing and distinct character. It opens with an energetic burst of bergamot and pink pepper. It transitions relatively quickly into a sophisticated woody smokiness. The smoky heart is the star of the show to me; it's rugged and prominent, yet remains remarkably easy to wear. It never feels dirty or overwhelming, Instead it feels clean, grounded, and masculine. The performance is good but not amazing. On my skin, I get about 4-6 hours before it becomes a skin scent or I reapply it for further projection / sillage. However it does remain on clothing significantly longer and creates a pleasant aura throughout the entire day. It's incredibly versatile. Whether I'm in a meeting, running errands, or 1 am out socially, the scent bubble remains pleasant and gets complimented. I'd say Explorer is a must have (or at least worth checking out) if you're looking for a versatile fragrance with a bit more bite that a traditional freshie or blue fragrance. It's clean, smoky, and undeniably masculine. Despite the heavy smokiness in the dry down, it's an easy reach for nearly any scenario. It doesn't just smell good it also makes you feel good while wearing it. As an added bonus the bottle looks great, feels great, and is well made.

Peppery and slightly fruity undertones. It's very professional and elegant. Great for job interviews, parties, date night. Anything formal. It could even work for daytime but it's complex. Smells old school too. Highly recommend.

I got this for my boyfriend, it was a switch up in his collection. The scent does give older gentlemen vibes as you adjust to it but it's extremely attractive. My boyfriend wasnt inlove with it at first and asked me "why'd you pick this? Its so different from my usual scents" and recently he told me that the more he wears it, the more he loves it.

Don't get me wrong, this smells really good. However, it does not last as most people claim or state online. I was hopeful, thinking other negative reviews were wrong, but unfortunately they're true. Montblanc Explorer at most lasted an hour, on skin. Do your research, if you're willing to risk purchasing this fragrance.

This is my second time purchasing this product. The first time it was great and the scent lingers, but this time it doesn't. It only smells when applied, but the scent goes away immediately.

I buy my husband's scents because I'm a natural at "sniffing out" the best of them. This one is by far my favorite, and his! It smells confident, very masculine and super sexy. It's literally a head-turner and people always ask what he's wearing. A little goes a long way and lasts a long time. Definitely a man's man scent. Its so alluring and can be worn every day. Definitely 5 stars and then some! You may not want your man to leave the house while wearing this, lol. Seriously, give it a try!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. This has become his favorite fragrance and he even went out and got his own travel bottle and more of this cologne.

I bought this cologne as a surprise for my girlfriend. It's her new favorite and my favorite on her, very earthy yet clean, but not too strong (in my opinion), might be for some. Lesbian approved!!!! Buying 2nd full size bottle rn, 100/10!!!

It's great for a gift any occasion

I bought this for my boyfriend because of all the rave reviews. Smells very spicy strong.. maybe a winter scent but too strong for us. Reminds me of a older man doused in strong smelling colonge and not in a good way. Thought the bergamot would be stronger but all i smell is sage. Two stars because it is not a weak cologne

This fragrance will definitely be going into my rotation.
