It asks lots of pointed questions so that you can remember exactly how you felt at each month. I wish the book had a more modern design which is why I took a star away. Other than that, I think this is worthwhile to look at.

I would recommend it as a gift for an expecting mother, especially one who is having her first baby. The journal features lots of prompts to write down memories throughout a pregnancy and after the birth, spots to attach photos, and little pockets for mementos. There are also dividers to easily navigate by trimester.

I have been using it for several weeks now and love having a way to document things during my pregnancy. I know one day I will forget these details and I'm so thankful to have this journal. When I found out I was pregnant, I searched through countless different journals to be able to document this time. I found the Pearhead journal, and it's everything I wanted! I love being able to track things such as doctors appointments and have a place to put photos of myself growing and our baby growing. I will definitely be ordering this for any of my pregnant friends, and can't wait to have another baby so I can use the journal again.

And the slots for the ultrasound photos currently all my photos are sitting around the house so it'll make it way easier to put it all in the book.

I love that the prompts are simple each month, because most people don't have time to fill out multiple pages. I also like there is a envelope for every trimester to put additional documents in. This journal is small, which I like because you could take it with you in your purse so you don't forget anything the doctor says. I personally which is a tad larger so I could put more photos in. I have bought pearhead products before and really have loved everything made by pearhead. A great journal for someone who is busy and wants something simple to document their pregnancy.

This journal is very well made. I love the quality of the binding, cover and the pages — but the style just wasn't for me. It's broken down into trimesters and has lots of thoughtful questions to answer and pockets for ultrasound photos and the like. It's a beautiful way to document such a special time.

The journal is divided with tabs and within those tabs there are pages representing each month. You are able to document how you're feeling during each month & on the back of each page you're able to include a photo. Towards the end of the journal it has tabs to describe the baby shower, and the hospital/labor experience and also more blank pages to include pictures. It's a perfect journal for scrapbooking & documenting the whole pregnancy experience. Would definitely recommend!

I've already had 2 babies so maybe i'll put it to good use soon, lol but anyways I think it's perfect and simple if you wanna jot down some notes. It's got each semester and some room to write down your birth story and a few other things. Great for a starter pregnancy notebook :)
