  • A: On the manual, it says the power supply must be at least 5V/2A or more. My laptop USB port was sufficient to pump the bed up. A portable power station may do the job faster. ...hope that helps.

  • A: Plug the power cord back into the outlet. Turn the control dial fully counterclockwise to begin deflation. When the air is completely out, turn the dial back to the center position to stop the pump. Unplug and store the power cord neatly in the compartment. Roll up the mattress starting from the end opposite the pump for compact storage.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    I would give this zero stars if I could. I wouldn't pay $5 for this mattress. Inflates with a flimsy USB cord that is total junk. Cord is connected to the bed with a very small pocket that opens and when not in use the expectation is to wind up the cord and stuff it in that space. Cool. Oh wait, but not really, because hopefully you have an old USB square on hand when you need to inflate it (with no room to store it with the stupid cord). Used it once. Took care of it. Stored it. Surprise, many months later we depended on having it and the cheap, junk cord has a short from being crammed into the small space. Now 30 mins in to listening to a weakly, half-functioning motor try to inflate it and I am livid. Outside of the return window. No mattress (that we had planned on using), and we even bought multiple. Poor design with cheap cheap cheap cord. This product is trash. Infuriating is an understatement.

    Like most here, this product does not stay inflated for long. Terrible for what we're paying for it. Also, a small needle size hole, try to plug but doesn't hold. Neither does duct or gorilla tape. Very disappointed with the product!!

    Works for a little while

    Mattress inflates and deflates fine. However, it loses air during the night after only the third use. The sleeper wakes up in a trough. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.
