    Nice, but they shrink!

    These are very comfortable and I wear them everyday. However, be mindful that they are mostly cotton, which means they shrink and fade. After the first washing in COLD water on GENTLE cycle, and then line-dried, they became highwaters. Just sayin'. So what I would recommend is that you buy a length that is a little long for you. Which is what I'm going to do now!

    Disappointing quality of fabric

    They are not as substantial a trouser compared to previous pairs I have bought. The fabric is thinner and they feel not as nice a garment so wear - not worth the money.

    Too large in the hips.

    I purchase this style of pants because they were supposedly slim fit. Unfortunately they were too large in the hips. Way oversized in this area for slim fit pants. Disappointed!

    Comfortable But Not a True TALL

    Have been purchasing Slim Leg Starfish pants for years. Seems like the cut is a bit more form fitting from the knee to heel in the last 2 years. Also, TALL size used to be 34" and now tall is 32". That is very disappointing. 32" inseam is considered an average length in most all women's pants from other companies. If I want ankle length pants there are plenty of other options. Please bring back the true tall sizing.

    Great pair of slacks. I order a couple of pairs in a size larger than I normally wear and they look just like dress pants suitable for the office. I order a couple of pairs in my true size and they look modern and stylish!!!!

    Same saddlebags.

    Ahh! Still with the hip saddlebags. I thought these were supposed to now have been completely out of circulation! I used to love these pants, lived by them, any size that I was at the time (only problem was a bit of fading but considering how much I wore them it was not surprising!). Please LE, are you ever going to bring back the cut you said you were going to on so many occasions? I have never been able to find a substitute.

    Latest shipment defective

    I normally love these pants, but the latest shipment was unwearable, with a big piece of extra fabric along the top of the thigh. I hope this problem gets corrected soon.

    Something wrong with seaming of upper leg/ hip.

    I recently bought a green pair and a navy pair of these pants. However there was a noticeable difference in the structure/ seaming if the two- both made in SriLanka. The blue were just fine. The structure of the green pair had a very different “silhouette: at the outside side seam about 1inch below the waist to above the knee curved out quite remarkably. In fact they resembled “saddle bags”. I sew, so I took in that seam 3/4 of inch or 1 1/2 inches for the circumference. I’m not sure where the process went awry: markings, machine set up, or seamstress issue?

    Great pants, need more colors!

    I love the fit and fabric of these pants but I wish there were more color choices!! Especially a medium blue like the Starfish straight leg pants. Also a nice khaki would be great! I would buy many more if the range of available colors were greater.

    Waistband tight Order Up in size

    I purchased this in a size Large. I usually wear a Medium, but the last pair of similar design that I bought in a Medium had such a tight waistband, that I was having back pain when I wore them. Happy to say that this Large size is comfortable, but I don't understand why there are big jodfer like pouches just below the hip on both sides. It didn't mention that these are for horseback riding.

    Great alternative to jeans!

    I give these 5 stars. I love the fabric and fit of these and have them in many colors. They are my alternative for days when I do not want to wear jeans. They are also especially good to wear on rainy days when you are running errands because the fabric dries faster than denim.

    Best legging pants

    Finally found the perfect legging pants. These pants are ideal for curvy figures/pear shape bodies. The fabric is soft, comfortable and allows for full range of movement while being opaque.
