Birds Eye Quick Roasters Frozen Halved Brussels Sprouts - 6oz

Delicious! But only single serving.

I was thrilled to find a single serving bag as I am the only person in my home that eats brussel sprouts and I was even more thrilled with the actual brussel sprouts! They were so tasty and had a great texture just tons of flavor! I will definitely be buying again and again!

Cooking this product in my microwave (1000 watt). While cooking it released shiny plastic "confetti" all over my microwave. I heard popping and hissing while cooking. I even heated less than the recommended time. The clear shiny seam on the bag appears to have disintegrated while cooking. I cleaned out all the plastic bits and did a test run to see if any more would come out the vents while heating a glass of water... turns out it did! I now need a new microwave! Gross! So happy that I noticed this before cooking more food... the day after! I even ate the food I cooked! I noticed the "confetti" the day after while bending down to grab something, only to notice it coating the inside of my entire microwave! This is scary!!

I bought these for my Christmas dinner, and was very happy with them. I was concerned they might have too much pepper but they didn’t. They weren’t at all soggy, I heated for the shorter time given. It would help if the label said that after you remove the red label the white paper stays in the bag. It seemed to be correct to leave the white intact, but the directions don’t make that clear. I had to look on line to make sure.

I usually like bird's eye products. My husband and I often Grill brussel sprouts and I thought this would be a great alternative for the nights where we didn't feel like grilling. I was so wrong! If you enjoy the taste of burnt popcorn and charcoal this is for you! Epic fail bird's eye.

These are amazing. The white part stays on under the red tab, it’s like a filtered vent. Shake it a little to spread them out when you lay them down. I had small pieces get crunchy! Amazing! Please make these forever!!

Mine come out not crispy but not soggy and taste great. Add a little Mrs. Dash and they are an awesome healthy meal or side. Keep making them!

Made mushy sprouts - inedible. Couldn't eat, had to throw away.

These are life-changing. My college oven does not work and I don’t even have time to cook Brussel spouts up from scratch anyways. These are amazing. I pair them with basically every single lunch or dinner I make that day. The flavor is so good, and they are the perfect texture for me. If this were ever discontinued I would be so sad. I introduced these to my roommate and she loves them too. Just the perfect product for someone who is busy like me. Bravo.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious these brussels sprouts tasted!! I did not think that they could have much of a “roasted” flavor because of being cooked in the microwave, but they were amazing! If I had been served these in a restaurant as part of my meal, I would be very pleased, and never know that they came from a frozen food box. I am definitely going to try some of the other Birdseye Quick Roasted products as well as get a lot more of these!!

Step 1 of the instructions are not clear and the perforation on the bag needs some work. Step 1 says to "PUSH into perforated oval near center of bag to vent. REMOVE tab completely." Okay, in practice this simply doesn't work. No amount of pushing does anything. I can push all the way to the counter below and nothing happens. With enough fussing, the plastic does start to come lose, and that can completely be removed at the perforation. But, the white liner is still totally attached. Is this completely removed or not? Instructions are not clear as to WHAT should completely be removed, the external perforated tab or that plus the white interior. Also, PUSHING does NOTHING. I've cooked these both by removing just the external tab and using a KNIFE to also remove the interior white tab. The brussel sprouts are mushly and not roasted if just the exterior plastic tab is removed. If you alos use a knife and cut away the interior white tab, then the brussel sprouts are not soggy. I believe this is the reason people are reporting a soggy product, because the white interior part of the tab is not removed because the instructions are not clear and no amount of pushing removes the tab totally. Bag needs to be re-engineered so the tab can be removed, or the instructions changed to say use a knife to remove the tab.

I love BirdsEye products….however this quick roasters Halved Brussels Sprouts is an epic fail. They were not roasted, they were soggy and the hard part of the stalk was not removed. They did have good flavor.

I love most of the diff Brussels sprouts. I had one that I'm hooked on n can't find it no where now. It was slightly breaded or coated..

These were horrible. My son and I had one bite and the rest went in the garbage disposal. Very disappointing to spend money on something that isn't edible

Shockingly good! Cool technology. Tasty low carb side dish.

Enjoyed this product, but will microwave for about 30 seconds less next time.

We enjoy eating then at so much we love that we can get them anytime we want and they are already roasted for me. I just have to cook them real with and my side is done for dinner.
