Good book, cheap here
My husband loves this cookbook. He has made some delicious things from it. Much cheaper at target than elsewhere

Mostly desserts and cocktails.
The majority of the recipes in here are desserts and cocktails. Almost every recipe that isn't a cocktail requires rare ingredients that are tough to find or has many, very complicated steps. There's not much you could make as a family dinner, but still a cool collection if you're a big Disney parks fan.

Disappointing
If you watch Disney Food Blog, you know what dishes are the staples of the parks. The book has probably 5% of those and some insulting “inspired by” recipes (particularly a dole whip recipe that uses vanilla ice cream). The rest are just fancy filler dishes the chefs padded the book with. No mint julep, jungle julep, school bread, etc. You’re better off with the “unofficial” Disney parks cook book that came out two years prior, their recipes can be hit or miss but at least they won’t tell you to put ice cream into a sorbet.

The hardcover has many popular items that disney is known for but whats disappointing is that some of the recipes are not what i was looking for. I think the book can be a great start for a disney fan but due to its hard cover its difficult to keep the book open.
