Maui Jim Byron Bay Wrap Sunglasses

I have had lots of Maui Jim's. These I sent in for a prescription. Everything is good except for the frames. The nose cushions are not very good quality and pinch the nose. Never had this problem with my other glasses in the past.

Maui Jim sun glasses are the best. Lens clarity is great and the styling is perfect for my face. Have owned several pairs and they are always great quality.

I received my new Maui Jim Byron Bay Marlin glasses today and to say that I’m happy would be an understatement. They are phenomenal. The fit and attention to detail are second to none. I’ve been wearing Mauis for nearly 20 years and these are right on point as to quality and fit. Thank you for maintaining your quality and stylish options. These Italian made frames should serve me well for many years.

Maui Jim are the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned. Their quality is unmatched and the so is their customer service. They actually stand behind their products. You can’t go wrong these.

I’ve had 2 different pairs of MJ’s in the past, and came back for more. The Byron Bay is well made, stylish design and colors available, fits nicely without pressure on the temples, the wrap around style keeps light out from the sides without compromising style, and the vision is clear and feels as if I don’t have a pair of glasses on. The only feature I would change is the weight, i.e., its base is rubber, and heavy. I also bought a pair of Kanaio Coast, which is very similar to the Byron Bay, and because its base is lighter, feels better. I’ll keep both, but hope the MJ makes the Byron Bay in a lighter material.

So enjoying them!. Exceeded my expectations, best sunglasses I have ever had.. First time I have bought them on line, it was a breeze.

These are great sunglasses. They fit nicely and I love the wrap-around style. However, after wearing them for 2 days, I'll have to return them. They form a seal at my eyebrow ridge and fog up easily. I've never had a pair of Maui Jim's fog up on me before this. I don't even have to be doing anything, it just happens while I'm driving. I can't push them forward/down because of the shape of my nose.

This is my second pair and I love them! I would still be wearing them but I accidentally ran my other pair over with the ATV

I liked the lenses. However I still get glares because the tints is not as dark as another version that I previously purchased. Also the frames feel cheap compared to the previous version. I typed in the model and it give me this version

Looked long and hard for a replacement pair for my now 12 year old and discontinued Kapenas. MJ doesn't make a proper big-head wire frame sunglass at the moment so I went with these Byron Bays and am thrilled I did. They are feather light, have full eye coverage in the gray lens (true color) I am so accustomed to and the Marlin frames are better than I thought they would be and am so glad I chose over the typical me would have Black. Very subtle but very much like the color of marlin and most pelagic fish. Go for it!
