Super small and scratchy

I ordered this even after looking at the other reviews thinking it couldn’t actually be THAT small - but it really is. I ordered the XL and I ended up giving it to my slim 12 year old and it’s not big on her. The fabric is not nice either.

Horrible

Nothing like the picture. It runs so small and it is so short. The material is so thin and cheap feeling. So disappointed.
