Lands' End Women's Blend Chino Skort Above Knee - 16 - Khaki

Land's End is a reliable place to buy comfortable skorts that allow me to dress for warm weather and still look covered.

Size chart states size 6: Waist 28 1/2 - 29 1/2. These skorts measure 32" with no way to adjust. They are THREE INCHES too big. Compare to LEE jeans size chart.: Size 6: Waist 29 -29 1/2 and they measure 29". They fit. Now I have to pay to return these. To exchange for a different size, we would just be guessing. These skorts seem like good quality, but good luck figuring out what size to buy.

Not at all the length shown in the picture! Way way shorter! Terrible fit!

I purchased this skirt for my daughter who is 5'-2" and the skirt is about 6 inches above her knees. She's a size 14 in adults and the back of the skirt is way too short and it doesn't help that it has a slit. I was surprised that a school uniform skirt would be so short.

Not real happy - has a Velcro closure and it opens when you sit, walk, bend. I didn’t realize it until now - got it last year and put it away for this summer. This was navy and I already have a khaki. Love that one. Just make sure that the one you order has a zipper closure. I don’t have order info and have probably had it too long to return. Will probably donate.

I wanted a basic skirt for doing errands and going to casual meetings. Neutral color is versatile. Fit is good and it’s comfortable. Length is perfect - 3 in above the knees on my long legs.

The skirt is way too short. Picture is not what I received and it runs small.

My daughter have been wearing these skirts for school uniform and after a few washes I guess the seams at the split just tear I thought it was just her until I read another review and I have spent so much money over the last 3 years replacing them and they run big

My daughter has worn these daily for the past 7 years, This skort constantly rip at the back seams. This example was from this current school year. Worn approx 3 months. I have replaced countless skirts for this reason.

I ordered another navy skort as the one I own I ruined by getting bleach on it. What happened??!! The skort was 2 INCHES shorter than the ones I have owned and bought for the last 10 years. I sent it back. Didn't even try it on as the length was ridiculous. I'm so sad to have to update in this way. I would only recommend this if you like short skirts.

I've owned this skort for several years and now own one in each color. The fabric feels like twill and lays flat and smooth . The length is perfect- not too short, not too long. I am able to dress it up or throw on a t-shirt and be dressed down. Great for travel as it does not wrinkle easily. Extremely comfortable. I am a pear shaped and need to hide my backside. This does the trick. My only wish is that it were offered in more colors or patterns. I check for that every year!

I bought this a month or so ago. Fabric and workmanship are first rate. Very comfortable.

This skirt would’ve been perfect if it had about 3% stretch added. It does not give. I’m a size 16 and I couldn’t zip it up! It’s well made and you don’t even feel the shirts attached. So disappointed I have to return.

I bought 2 pair of the Chino Skort. Very well made, but the fabric is stiff. I will be washing it several times before I wear them again. As always, Lands End quality is present. I do wish, however they came in a few lengths. I would like them to be a bit longer.

Fabric very stiff and not one pocket. Disappointed. The knit shorts part is good and fit is a little on the snug side. Not a lot of stretch if you're used to clothes with a little spandex.

It didn't have an elastic waist - which I desperately need! Otherwise it was very nice.

One skirt took 9 weeks to receive. The zipper is already coming unstitched after 1 month which is unacceptable.

It is comfortable and allows a girl to be active and appropriately dressed.

The skort is well made. I am not totally crazy about the way it flares out toward the hem. The material is quite stiff. I am hoping after several washings it will soften and not flare as much. I am also disappointed there are no pockets. The side zipper is a bit short but once zipped up, the fit is good. I am going to return the blue one I bought due to these issues

Bought 3 skorts all following the size guidelines but all are an inch plus too large in waist and super long. Hopping the exchange will be better.
