    Love the color purple. Great fit!

    I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. Though I thought you'd finally made a cashmere sweater in my favorite color, purple, it turns out it's not cashmere at all. I have a blue cashmere sweater that's perfect so I guess I was just hoping enough to assume it was. I bought 3 of these sweaters, thinking they were cashmere. One for myself, one for my granddaughter and one for my friend who also loves purple. We all love this sweater even though it's not cashmere. Lol. It's still very soft, non scratchy like many sweaters are. I bought a medium when getting the blue cashmere one, and though I've lost weight since then, I bought a size large in this sweater. I'm pretty busty, and always have to size up on any button up shirts or sweaters that I buy. If I don't size up this one would gap open where the buttons are. Five Stars again, Land's End.

    Loose, delicate knit unsuitable for a uniform

    She’s worn this maybe once or twice a week for about two months and it’s already snagging and pilling. Terrible performance for a school uniform - the other brand I bought while I waited for this to come has been worn twice as much and looks better. One star for being warm.

    Very poor quality - fell apart

    Both sweaters I ordered got a hole in them in the exact same spot. You'd think you're getting something high quality for this price, and that just isn't the case.

    Is this really Land's End?

    I thought this would be perfect for me for size and color but am very disappointed. It is way too big and color is wrong.

    Soft and good quality, sleeves a bit short

    I bought 3 colors - green, red, and navy. They are all good quality and very soft. The one issue I had, which others have also noted, is that the sleeves run a bit short. I often have this issue and usually order a Tall because of this. Unfortunately this sweater does not come in a Tall, however. The sleeves on the red and navy luckily seem to be a bit longer than the green, so I will keep those and hope for the best. The sleeves on the open cardigans fit me perfectly.

    Good sweater!

    I bought this to go with an Easter dress and it paired nicely. The only reason for a 4 rating vs. 5 was that the sleeves seem slightly short. I would buy again!

    A Bit Disappointed

    I bought this item about a month ago. I was expecting the material to be a little thicker. This cardigan is really too thin for what I intended it for, but I decided to keep it anyway. The "collar" stitching has come loose, probably because the material is sooo thin. I guess when I think of cardigan(sweater) I think of cozy weighty material, not thin material. I bought this cardigan for a school student that is always feeling chilly, now I need to search for another sweater(cardigan) that is thicker.

    Sweater was made cheaply! Stitch popped in 3 days!

    My daughter only wore it 3 times. On the third day it was ripped. I didn’t get a chance to wash it yet. I have had sweaters from different companies that last multiple school years. My daughter is in the 8th grade so she doesn’t do recess anymore and changes out of her clothes as soon as she leaves school. It was made cheaply.

    Lovely Sweater!

    I bought two, black & the heather lighter grey, in a M. The care instructions said not to put them in the dryer, so I assumed they would shrink. The M was slightly too big, so I put them in the dryer, & now they’re perfect! The sleeves are no longer too long, & the sweaters’ overall fit is much better. I was afraid the S would be too snug, so I am glad my solution worked!

    Terrible

    We have to use this particular sweater for school but I’ve had to return it 3 times. She wears it for a week, I wash it in all free and clear and hang to dry and the neckline unravels every time! Just had to order my fourth one in one school year.

    RUNS TOO SMALL

    my daughter is a size 2-4 she can usually wear a small, we buy medims occasionally. We purchased a Small because we had another similar sweater from Lands End in the same size yet when we received this one it was Extremely Toght, Short and just TOO SMALL.

    Sleeves too short

    I never have a problem with sleeve length but these are about an inch too short and look awkward. A size larger had perfect sleeves but the rest was too big. Otherwise a great sweater, but returned because of the sleeve issue. This review is for the Women's Cotton Modal Cardigan - I'm not sure why the review link changed the item title to School Uniform Girls.

    Cardigan Button Front Sweater

    I love this sweater. It’s just the right weight and looks great over a dress, a shirt or over a sundress for a little warmth in your he evening. The size was perfect. I have another sweater in black.
