I work in mountain operations at a ski area in the Rocky Mountains, and have used these boots for 4 seasons. Sometimes I work in my ski/snowboard boots, sometimes I work in my Muck boots. But on average, I work 4 days a week for 6 months of the year in deep snow and cold conditions. I’ve put these through the wringer and I recommend them. Just a couple heads up: they’re waterproof but make my feet sweat quite a bit, so as long as I stay moving, my feet stay warm. If I have to stand still for a long time in conditions around 15F or colder, my feet will get cold (and I don’t run cold). I noticed last year that my heel has completely rubbed through the lining straight to rubber, and water seeps through. I’d say for how much I use these, that’s not an indication of poor construction. My only complaint is that I wish they were even warmer.

I love these boots! So comfortable and warm and the traction is fantastic!

Disappointed in these boots this year. I have been getting Arctic sport boots for the last 30 years and the quality seems to have diminished. The sole of the shoe is not as thick are it used to be causing less protection from the cold. My feet got cold wearing them the other night, which was very unexpected.

I loved my Arctic Mucks for 15 years! Sadly, when they finally fell apart and I just replaced them, but the new models just aren’t the same. My older ones were thicker, more durable and had a better feel from warmth to traction to fitting tighter around my calf. I loved them for ice fishing, mucking around in slush, all of it. I’m hoping I’ll come to love these newer ones as much but I’m skeptical at first blush.

Very warm, very dry, and the footbed is very supportive. These are exactly what I needed for cold, sloppy days at the barn.

Beautiful boot. Easy to slip on, sturdy and warm. I have one pair to wear while working on the ranch and a clean pair for wearing to town. I love them!

I live in New Mexico and we get some snow during the winter. Every year when it snows and I have to walk my dogs for three miles, my feet are always freezing and so wet by the time I get home from walk. I started surfing the web for boots that were waterproof and kept feet warm. I came across the Muck Boot Co. It was the “SALE” on their website that caught my eye. Most of the reviews were very positive and the only thing I wasn’t sure about was the sizing. Many of the reviews said to size down. I normally wear between 8 - 8 1/2 and purchased the size 8. When they arrived the box itself looked so fancy. I wore them on a trip to Silver City, NM for first time in October and I walked all day in them. The most comfortable and fashionable boot ever!! There was no need to break in like other shoes. It poured rain that weekend and I walked comfortably in my boots with no worries about getting my feet wet! I absolutely LOVE these boots and they’re such a great quality boot! I am thinking about getting a pair for my husband for Christmas. I am an extremely happy customer!

I have these boots in the calf height size and love them but needed these tall boots for deeper snow. Haven’t used them yet as it’s August, but I’m looking forward to this winter (which lasts 5-6 months here in Vermont) and keeping my feet warm and dry. 🥰

Our family is a Muck Boot Family and love them!! Including 2 teen age girls that wear the heck out of them. My lady friend has probably killed 60 deer, all wearing Muck Boots. Do you think we like them?

Had regular Muck chore boot for 5 years and they were great. Bought these for dog walking in all terrain and love them. Couldn't tell it was 10 degrees outside even after an hour of hiking. Great grip, perfectly snug, tall, waterproof. Customer for life. Bought chore boots in size 7. Bought Arctic boot in size 6. Size 6 fit better usually wear 6 1/2.

VERY warm. Im in the field in all weather for 9 hours a day in Maine and these keep my toes and feet warm! the top of the boot was digging into my shin and calf at first but now that I've worn them in they are comfortable!

These boots get a 10/10 from me! I was nervous at first because one of the boots had a smooshed dent in the top of them, but after some wear it smoothed right out and I couldn’t be happier! So if that happens to you when you receive them don’t worry! Super warm, waterproof, and so much better than any other brand I have tried. I’m a happy customer!

Sturdy and comfortable boots for walking the dog in high grasses and muddy trails. Love that they come up so high on the calf. Good protection. I am almost always a 9 and a 9 in these boots fit great.

Have had these for 1.5 years and love them for winter dog walks. Just wore them on a dog walk and had to cross a stream- they immediate;y leaked into the boot around the seams where the rubber meets the neoprene. They still look brand new and I've never worn them in water as they are so warm, I don't use them in shoulder seasons. No rips, tears or holes to be seen. Extremely disappointed I could not wear these while river fishing. Would love to hear from Muck about this. Anyone else with this issue?

I’ve purchased a couple pairs of women’s tall Muck boots. They have lasted well with intense daily use through all seasons. Comfortable and sturdy. Would highly recommend them.

I had the same pair for 8 years before they finally gave out - Wearing them 4-6x weekly each winter in temps between -10 and 30 degrees. They keep feet warm and dry while mucking stalls and doing livestock chores. 10/10 would recommend - Not great for really flat feet, but I put custom inserts in and never had a problem after wearing these consistently.

Wore them through winter work with bama insoles, even with the insoles my feet were cold and wet every day. Did not hold up to cold winter weather.

I ordered the Arctic tall and the Chore tall. I am size 6.5 and ordered both in size 6. I kept the Arctic because they were narrower and held my foot in place better. Both boots fit well with thick wool socks.
