wrong size delivered

I have ordered these 2 times and have been sent the wrong size both times. keep sending 14-16 size when I ordered size 10-12. Cant understand why they cant get it right. It is a pain trying to connect with someone to help me. Making an unnecessary return is time consuming

Not impressed that these came with only a small generic tag on one pair. These are underwear and should come showing that they are brand new. This felt like something I bought from a flea market the way it arrived and looked.
