This is surprisingly good for how low calorie it is compared to other creamy dressings. The flavor is very rich. I also like that it doesn't have a ton of oils or artificial ingredients, since it's made from yogurt. But with that said, you do have to be careful to check the best by date when you buy it, as it does spoil fairly quickly after opening. You have like 2 weeks tops to use it up before it goes sour, so keep that in mind.

I bought this before I read the reviews and I actually like it. It’s Parmesan Caesar so you taste the cheese but to me it taste good for a low calorie dressing. Not everyone is going to like the taste but try it before you make a choice based on these reviews because if I read the reviews before I tried it I would not have bought it. Glad I tried it!
