Prevent of care?
My primary care physician recommended adding vitamin B12 to my daily routine, only because it was lacking in my blood test. Been taking B12 for over 2 years, and feel no difference. But purchased a 3 months supply because of the cost.

I've noticed a slight difference in my mood after taking them for about 2 weeks. I am slightly more energetic. I'll give it 2 more weeks. But so far so good. The cherry flavor is good. They aren't as soft as regular candy gummies but it's not too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were hit and miss for me. They were good for me because obviously they kept my vitamin level up because I just had my blood work done again and my vitamin levels were where they needed to be. But they were a miss for me because the gummy‘s were so hard it was like chewing rubber. And it actually hurt my teeth to chew them. I would rather just swallowed a regular vitamin if I knew they were going to be that hard
