Exactly what I wanted, but much better than I expected for the price point. Arrived well packaged in just a few days. Well made with a smooth rotation and the knurling on the grip is a nice balance between passive and aggressive. Great product

I got this bar for tricep pull downs because my other bar didn’t rotate. The quality of this bar is great! The knurling isn’t too aggressive, and the bar feels very solid. I highly recommend Synergee products. Already ordered my next piece from them!

The bar is made very well and oh high quality. It is great to wise for various grips when utilizing the cable machines. The only negative that I have for the bar is that the black rubber ends are extremely thick and always seem to get in the way when they’re being used. If only they were smaller or just a black rubber stopper on the end. Regardless wouldn’t stop me from purchasing again or using the item.
