    Not to happy

    I have had 2 of these so far and the same thing happens. It stops working. Its so expensive and to only have a 30 day warranty doesn't even cover the holiday. Its my belief that they no it will stop working and have an alternative motive. Not sure what that is because you cant even get replacement parts for the electronics. At this point my decorations outside will no longer include anything from Mr Christmas.

    Santa Climbs the ladder

    We have this running now and will do so for the next two weeks to be sure it lasts. Really cool and already have had neighbors comment on how fun it is o see this Santa climb the ladder. Would recommend it for the novelty.

    Need a stronger wire connection

    Bought 2 climbing Santa at different times. The first time I bought it, everyone loves it. It works for about three weeks, then it was very cold and windy, and the wire got stiff and broke. I replaced it by purchasing another one, and same thing happened. It seems that the wire is too soft, that it is breaking exactly at the hands. Otherwise, it’s a great product. Need to use a strong wire going into the hands.

    We absolutely love this 10ft outdoor Santa climbing ladder decoration! It’s the perfect statement piece for our holiday display and brings a lot of cheer to the neighborhood. The size is impressive, making it easy to spot from the street, and the details are adorable—Santa looks like he's climbing right up to our roof! It was easy to set up, and it’s sturdy enough to withstand the east coast winter weather. We’ve already received so many compliments. Definitely worth the investment to bring extra holiday spirit to our home!

    Good purchase with a need for a healing touch

    I am pleased overall with this purchase. It was easy to set-up and it worked well for about one week. Unfortunately, Santa stopped climbing the ladder and I haven't been able to figure out why to this point. The figure is getting power but for some reason there's no movement. Despite this problem, I like this Christmas prop and hope to get it fixed.

    Santa Animatronic

    This animatronic was very easy to put together and it worked perfectly. You have to make sure that you line it up correctly when you place it against the house to avoid the Santa from detaching from the ladder. I would definitely recommend this product 🎄🎄🎄

    Stopped Working after 2 weeks

    It was great until it stopped working. Luckily it is day 29 so just under the 30 day return/exchange window. I have emailed and hopefully someone will respond.
