Wrong color shipped

My daughter was very excited to get a pair of rose gold shoes, which only heightened her disappointment when the shoes we received were white. Instead of notifying us that the shoes we ordered has gone out of stock before the order was processed, the seller wasted everyone's time by sending a different color. Now, I have the inconvenience of returning the shoes.
