These are actually very sharp.
I was pleasantly surprised by how sharp the blades are. It makes cutting my dog's fur much easier and quicker as he's a runner! I used these to trim around his back end since he has long hair, and I don't want poop getting stuck in his back end fur.

Easy to use and safe-
I use these scissors to trim my dog around the face between Grooming’s. I like that the tips are capped for safety and they are easy to use. Great value. I even use them on the pads of his feet with no problems.

Excellent quality and very sharp.
I would suggest if you have thick fingers they may not be as comfortable as some scissors, but I managed very well with them.
