    Skin and hair care

    I change up my supplements from time to time. Wanted to try something new. I don't take all three at the same time on an empty stomach. It will keep you busy in the bathroom! I have noticed a change in my skin and hair since taking this.

    I've only been taking this product a few weeks; I changed brands to this one because it is a grass fed source and although its a large tablet, it is very easy to swallow. I am hoping it improves my hair as well as the joints, etc.

    My experience w/piping rock

    I haven't used up a bottle yet so I can't really grade its effectiveness yet. It was a good sale and need a fix for my hair and nails. Piping rock always offer good sales and shipping isn't outrageous.
