It was worth the wait. 😊

I purchased the product on Saturday night. By Monday it still showed “preparing,” so I called customer service. The representative explained that there had been a large number of orders and that Nintendo’s system had experienced an issue. They asked me to wait a little longer because they were already working on fixing the problem. About two hours later, I received the code. My kids are very happy with their new game.

Frustrated but ordered via nintendo

Clearly, a lot of people ordered this game and it was a lot for the system. After putting my order and on Saturday and target said preparing it was canceled this evening. I’m actually not too mad and I got this addition off of the Nintendo online so if there’s anyone upset, I just wanna say I hear you I understand the frustration of this. It was a lot of people ordering this game but just go on Nintendo online they have both versions the original and the gold version for the same price target has on here.

Wrong game sent

I ordered the downloadable gold edition but got the regular edition instead. When I called Target they said they couldn’t help me and told me to call Nintendo. Nintendo said they couldn’t help me because it was through Target. So I am now stuck with a game I didn’t order and that that I over paid for because I didn’t get the correct one.

Horrible digital delivery time

Horrible delivery. They tell you 4 hours (normally).... Its been 36 hours and still no code emailed. Support from Target keeps repeating the same line about Nintendo being the problem. Doubt that. I bet Target just doesn't want to fulfill the order.
