Great kids book
Definitely a book that I will purchase multiple times. Every little black girl should have this book even if they don’t have an Afro. Cassidy is a very fun bubbly girl that brings you a fun book for all.

Ms
I love the fact that this young author understands just how powerful and precious self image is. The illustration is colorful and inviting . The main character loves who she is and is articulate enough to express that . This book is extremely inspiring .As a grandparent, mother and educator , I value the multiple lessons and inspiring messages that both young and old can be encouraged by. This book is definitely one to get. I can’t wait until the next book , the author is able to allow others see that they can be successful in their own talents, gifts and abilities. Way to go Miss Cassidy Bridges

Great tittle, disappointing book.
The thing I love about children’s books is the subtle way lessons find their way into a simple story. This book has no lesson or message. It’s not even really a story. Little girl wakes up. Says today will be magical. The end. No adversity to overcome, nothing to learn, no overall lesson. The two last pages are paragraphs about how a video the mom made of her daughter went viral and how she is going to be a star. It actually had the little girls Instagram handle printed in it! Book feels more like an ad for a child’s career or a grab to sell merch than an actual book with a point. Great title. Disappointing book.
