Awesome Mittens
These really exceed my expectations, such attention to detail with the zippers, straps, and double cuff. Material is substantial and waterproof and warm. I used the size chart and they fit perfectly. So happy to have them for snow shoveling and scraping in the high winds we've had this year!

They keep my fingers warm!
I finally found mittens that keep my fingers warm! These are lightweight and roomy enough that I can wear thin glove liners inside, but liners are not necessary. I like the hand warmer pockets, but I haven’t used them yet. I might use those pockets for other items as others suggested - like Kleenex.

Keep my hands nice and warm during walks and runs in cold temps.can adjust tightness around wrist and they have a zippered pouch for hand warmers which I have not had to use yet.

Warmth without weight
I love mittens as opposed to gloves as they keep my hands much warmer. You can cinch the mittens to fit your hands perfectly. They have a zipper feature to carry a credit card and license. The mitten extends up your wrist to prevent wind/snow from getting in.

Not the warmth I was expecting
I bought these mittens to go with my new parka from Lands' End. I thought they would be warm, keeping my fingertips from getting cold. Not at all. Within the first 15 minutes outside shoveling this morning my fingers were freezing! I have warmer gloves. I expected mittens to keep my fingers warmer than gloves. Disappointed.

I don't know what manufacturer is making items for Lands End these days but someone is dropping the ball with quality control. These gloves are supposed to be a large and they are tight on my Daughter's hands which are the size of a five year oldest.

Warm and comfortable
I normally wear a size large, but the large size was too big, so I returned it for a medium, which was still roomy. I wear these with small battery-operated hand warmers and love them. The mittens have a soft lining and cover my wrists. The pocket is nice for storing kleenex.

too complicated and a poor fit
I bought a size L and can barely get my hand past the wrist. The wrist strap closure prevents easy pull on. Even once I disabled it, the inner layer makes for too much bulk for a proper fit. The zip in the palm is a nice feature. Do yourself a favor, buy something simpler and cheaper

Purchased in anticipation of cold weather. Hasn't happened yet. Like the cuffed wristband, the fit, the skid proof palms..now to test in cold and snow.
