Terrible! I assumed that the company disclaimer that there might be slight variations in alignment down the middle seam meant that the picture might be slightly skewed and not perfect along the seam. Wrong! The pieces themselves literally do not fit together along the seam. This created two halves of a puzzle that could not be connected together. What?!?! If you can’t make 3000 & 5000 pieces puzzles that make a complete puzzle, why are you making puzzles of this size? I will never buy a puzzle from this manufacturer again.

I am writing to review the horrible FedEx that you use to deliver packages. This arrived in a box that had been beat up and taped together. The puzzle box itself was showing through and it was put in the snow. The puzzle box was torn because of the careless way the box was handled. Please switch shipping companies. This is not the first time this has happened to a package delivered by FedEx.
